Moodle Basics Training

The first in a series of Tuesday webinars was held this week, focusing on getting your Moodle course all ready for the Fall semester. You can view a recording of the webinar below.

We covered how to activate your Moodle course, importing course content, grading in Moodle, and activity completion settings. More information about all of these things can also be found on KnightHelp.

Next Training Tuesday

Next week, our Training Tuesday will focus on Google CourseKit. CourseKit is a Google tool that allows students to turn in files using their Google Drive. While this feature has been available before, CourseKit allows you to easily access Google’s commenting and editing features when grading assignments in Moodle. If you use Google Classroom, you’ll want to check out this feature! We’ll meet at 10 am. Watch your email for a link.
