• Assure quality service for all people supported
• Effectively practice person centered planning
• Assist people to meet personal and physical needs
• Assist people to maintain a personalized and safe living environment

Skills and Qualifications

• Communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Make decisions and complete tasks with little or no supervision
• Respond to changing situations in a flexible manner
• Maintain confidentiality
• Read, write and speak the English language

Desired Experience/Requirements

• High school degree or GED preferred
• No experience required (on-the-job training and continuing education is provided)
• Valid and current Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record
• You must be at least 18 years of age
• Pass a DHS background study
